Silentworld is the pre-eminent shipping company in the Solomon Islands and has extensive operations throughout the archipelago. From our base at Ranadi in the capital Honiara, Silentworld operates cargo vessels to all major points in the Solomon Islands every week. Our Ranadi base has full ramp loading and unloading facilities and storage capabilities for customers wishing to stage goods prior to despatch or have them stored by Silentworld for longer periods.

On the passenger side, Silentworld operates a daily high speed ferry between the two main cities being Honiara and Auki, carrying up to 175 passengers in comfort and on-time, every time.

Our Maintenance and Construction division has numerous contracts throughout Honiara for the maintenance of base housing, air-conditioner and fire fighting equipment, generators and general construction of small to medium sized jobs such as houses, apartments, warehouses, access roads and similar projects.

In addition, Silentworld operates a number of specialist maritime activities such as the provision of a Police Patrol Boat to the Australian Federal Police who are in the Solomon Islands as part of the RAMSI mission to that country.
